Determining the specific and general objectives of the project.
Ability to clearly present their activities, uncertainties and occurrences.
Time Management and Business Plan:
Preparing a business plan and project activity plan in accordance with time management policies based on analysis.

Ability to perform risk analysis of the project.
Targets and expected replacement of parts and identification of resources.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Characteristics and planning of the project’s monitoring and evaluation processes.
Budget Preparation:
Preparation of the project budget in accordance with the specifications of the fund provider.
Project Financing:
To have information about project financing opportunities.
Ability to Prepare Project Proposals:
Ability to prepare project proposals regarding project solution management and perspective approach proposals by defining the expectations and requirements of the diversity of a funding source, proposal volume.
In this process, the focus is on them gaining the basic knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to manage problems effectively.
